For event pickup, collect your preorder at the Miami Lakes Farmers Market on November 7, 2026. Order pickup is available from 10 AM–5 PM, with the K-Pop Club meetup, unboxing, and photocard trading from 12–3 PM.

For shipping, we’ll dispatch your preorder once it arrives at NXTBIAS and is processed. You’ll receive tracking by email when it ships. Delivery time begins after dispatch, rather than when you place your preorder.

If supplier delays affect your order, we’ll contact you with an update.

Supplier availability can change during the preorder period. If we’re unable to fulfill an item, we’ll contact you with available alternatives or issue a refund for that item.

We won’t substitute a different item without your approval.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You’ll see the total before completing your purchase. We currently ship within the United States only.
