NXTBIAS K-Pop Club is about music, collecting, concerts, meeting new people and finding your K-pop community. Help us keep it welcoming, fun and comfortable for everyone.

💗 RESPECT EVERY FANDOM

Multi-stans, solo stans, casual listeners and brand-new fans are all welcome. Friendly debates are fine. Fan wars, insulting artists or attacking someone because of who they stan are not.

🤝 BE KIND TO EACH OTHER

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, threats or intentionally making another member uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

🫰 TRADE FAIRLY

Clearly communicate what you're trading and inspect items before completing an in-person trade. Never pressure someone into a trade or purchase.

Trades between attendees are personal agreements between the individuals involved and are not transactions with NXTBIAS.

💿 RESPECT THE UNBOXING

Don't open, grab or handle someone else's albums, photocards or merchandise without permission.

Dramatic reactions to pulling your bias, however, are absolutely permitted.

🛍️ BUY & SELL RESPONSIBLY

If you're trading or selling an item, be honest about its condition and whether it is official, unofficial or fan-made.

Scamming or intentionally misrepresenting merchandise may result in removal from the community or future events.

📸 RESPECT PRIVACY

Photos and videos may be taken at NXTBIAS events. Please respect anyone who asks not to be photographed or posted.

Never share another member's personal information without permission.

🧒 PROTECT YOUNGER FANS

Our community may include fans of different ages. Keep conversations and behavior appropriate for the event and follow any age or parent/guardian requirements established for individual events.

🏠 RESPECT OUR VENUES

Treat our event spaces, staff, vendors and fellow guests with respect. Follow venue rules and clean up after yourself.

🚫 PROMOTION & SELLING

We love supporting creators and K-pop businesses, but vendor sales, business promotion, fundraising or organized solicitation at NXTBIAS events require prior approval.

💕 COMMUNITY > COMPETITION

You don't need the biggest collection, barricade seats, the rarest photocard or every album version to prove you're a fan.

Come for the K-pop. Stay for the people.
