Need a little help before placing your order? Here are the answers to our most common questions.

How long will my order take?

Most NXTBIAS products are made especially for your order. Production normally takes 2–7 business days, followed by approximately 2–8 business days for U.S. delivery. Most orders arrive within 4–15 business days after purchase.

Where does NXTBIAS ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Availability and delivery estimates for Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are shown during checkout.

Will all my items arrive together?

Not always. Products may be created by different fulfillment partners, so an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the label is created.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact support@nxtbias.com as soon as possible. Because production can begin quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters production.

How do I choose the correct size?

Sizing can vary between product styles. Review the size chart on the individual product page before ordering. For the best comparison, measure a similar item you already own and compare those measurements with the chart.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because most products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, fit preferences, or an incorrect size or color selected during checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email support@nxtbias.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can provide an approved replacement or refund.

Is NXTBIAS official artist merchandise?

Unless a product listing specifically states that an item is official or officially licensed, it is an independent NXTBIAS fan-inspired design. NXTBIAS isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, group, entertainment company, or record label.

How should I care for my apparel?

Follow the care instructions on the product listing or garment label. For most printed apparel, wash inside out in cold water with similar colors, use a gentle cycle, and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and don’t iron directly over the design.
