  4. Upload inspiration photos or screenshots if you have them.
  5. Choose whether you'd like to approve a proof before production.

YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN INCLUDES

• One original custom design based on the details you provide
• Your selected print placement
• One round of minor design revisions when a proof is requested
• Production after design approval

PLEASE NOTE

Custom designs are created specifically for your order. Please double-check names, dates, spelling and other details before submitting your order.

Inspiration images are used as creative direction. We may adapt or reinterpret reference material rather than reproduce copyrighted artwork, logos or other protected designs exactly.

CUSTOM DESIGN TIMELINE

Design Proof: If you request a proof, your first design proof will typically be sent within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Revisions: One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions or major changes to the original design request may require an additional design fee.

Production: Once your design is approved, your order moves into production. Production and shipping times are in addition to the design process.

No Proof Requested: If you choose to proceed without a proof, your design will move directly into production once completed and cannot be changed after production begins.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Because custom items are created specifically for you, custom orders are final sale once the design has been approved or production has begun. If there is an issue with your item due to a production error, defect, or incorrect item received, please contact us so we can make it right.

What is the return policy?

Most NXTBIAS products are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, fit preferences, or an incorrect size or color selected during checkout. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email support@nxtbias.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund.
How do I choose the right apparel size?

Sizing varies between apparel styles, so please review the size chart on the individual product page before ordering. For the best comparison, lay a similar item you already own flat and compare its measurements with the chart. If you’re between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit and size up for a roomier feel.
When will I get my order?

Most NXTBIAS products require 2–7 business days for production. U.S. delivery generally takes an additional 2–8 business days after shipment, so most orders arrive within approximately 4–15 business days after purchase. You’ll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
Will all my items arrive together?

Not always. Products may be created and shipped by different fulfillment partners, so an order containing multiple items can arrive in separate packages. You won’t be charged additional shipping after checkout, and you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the products in your order, delivery address, and available shipping method. The exact cost is displayed during checkout before you submit payment. NXTBIAS currently ships within the United States only.
