How weekly supplier orders work

Shop anytime. Orders placed after the Saturday cutoff join the following week's supplier order. Items may be ordered from our suppliers after purchase and are not guaranteed to be ready to ship.

For already-released items available from the supplier, allow approximately 7–14 business days for international delivery to NXTBIAS and processing after the supplier order. This estimate does not include onward shipping to you and is not guaranteed. Upcoming releases follow their official release dates and supplier availability before this estimate applies.

Supplier availability, international transit, customs and processing can affect timing. Once received and processed, orders are prepared for shipping or pickup as selected at checkout. Tracking is provided when shipped. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll contact you about alternatives or a refund.

Merch requests are subject to supplier availability and are not guaranteed. Include the artist and item name on our Contact page.
