How Ordering Works
Shop anytime! NXTBIAS collects orders throughout the week and submits consolidated orders to our suppliers every Sunday. Orders placed by Saturday at 11:59 PM ET are included in the next ordering cycle, subject to supplier availability.
Estimated Delivery
Released merchandise typically takes 7–14 business days to arrive and be processed. This item is a future-release pre-order and will not follow that timeline until after its official December 11, 2026 release. Once released, it must arrive from South Korea before NXTBIAS can prepare your order for shipping or pickup. The release date is not a delivery date.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Supplier processing, international shipping, customs and availability can affect timing. If the item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we'll contact you with options or issue a refund. Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Orders placed by Saturday at 11:59 PM ET are included in our next supplier order, placed every Sunday, subject to supplier availability.
For already-released items available from the supplier, allow approximately 7–14 business days for international delivery to NXTBIAS and processing after the supplier order. This does not include onward delivery to you and is an estimate, not a guarantee. Future releases follow release dates and supplier availability first.
Once received, we prepare your order for shipping or pickup. We’ll email tracking when it ships. See checkout for available shipping and pickup options.
Supplier availability may change. If we cannot fulfill an item, we’ll contact you about an alternative or refund.
Returns & order issues
Have an issue with your preorder? Email support@nxtbias.com with your order number and details so we can help.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery or pickup and include clear photos.
